Job Description

1.Digital Content Creation

• Assist in the creation of digital content for social media and websites
• Support the production of multimedia materials for community outreach and programme publicity
• Edit and format content using basic design and video editing tools

2. Social Media & Digital Engagement

• Support the management of social media (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
• Schedule posts and monitor online engagement

3. Event & Programme Coverage

• Provide photography/videography for organisational events, programmes, and outreach activities
• Assist in archiving and organising media assets for future use

4. Communications Support

• Assist to gather stories and content that showcase the organisation’s impact
• Assist with website content updates and maintenance.

5. Administrative & Team Support

• Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, or external partners when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Design, Film, Arts, or related disciplines preferred.
• Candidates with relevant certifications, portfolios, freelance experience, or self-taught media skills are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals looking to transition into the social service sector are encouraged.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
• Basic photography and videography skills are advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for community work and the mission of the social service sector.
