Painting is a great way for senior citizens to stay active and mentally engaged. Expressive art stimulate improvements of cognitive function and memory. It provides a sense of purpose and accomplishment, and a fun social activity to connect with others. This course is part 1 of the beginner course which overall hopes to give learners an introduction to Acrylic Painting for learners to appreciate and enjoy the art.
