8 youths accompanied by 2 Care Community Services Society staff came over and teach our students what resilience is about and prepared 6 stations games that are related to skills needed in playing Basketball. Our students enjoyed themselves in the different station games.
SAF Artillery Treasure Hunt

17 Servicemen from the Artillery Institute came over and organised treasure hunt for our student care students. Our students had fun searching for the ‘notes’ and they learnt how to bid for their favourite snacks using the ‘notes’ they found!
SOTA Year 5

6 students raised fund by selling stickers they designed and with the fund we managed to bless our beneficiaries with food bundles. This is a meaningful experience.
Fun with Craft

Students from St Anthony’s Canossian Secondary School came over to teach our primary one and two children how to roll coloured papers and pasting them on templates of lion, flowers, snail and butterfly.
SMU Project Hue Hope

Student Volunteers from SMU Hue conducted lessons surrounding the theme of recycling and did canvas drawing with the kids for an exchange with the children in Hue, Vietnam. They also played Hula-Hoop game that allows them to learn what teamwork is.
SMU Project Pangarap XII

Students from SMU Project Pangarap XII came over to teach our student care students how to play the Mrs Wright Game. The game teaches the students to stay focus as they listen for the words ‘left’ & ‘right’ during the game.
SMU Project Pangarap

Students from SMU – Project Pangarap came to BCDC and BSCC to conduct fun and meaningful activities with our children such as building the tallest and strongest tower with newspapers, origami and to making pencil holders.
Geylang Methodist Secondary School

Students from Geylang Methodist Secondary School taught our children lanterns and Playdoh making, thus enabling them to unleash their creativity cells!
Presbyterian High School – Learning Festival

Students from Presbyterian High School planned a series of games like Charades, Pictureka, Taaboo and musical chairs for the children. The children are being exposed to a number of activities that requires communication, creativity, use of vocabulary and teamwork.
Tampines-Meridian Junior College

Volunteers from Tampines Meridian Junior College shared with our children (K2) about underwater life and colours by getting them involved in craft work that used shaving cream, coloured motif and papers.
